Most people go about life being controlled by their cravings. It’s almost as if the cravings were in charge, and every little hankering must be indulged. But you think you know better, because you can sometimes squash these hunger pangs and white knuckle your way through.

The reality is that all attempts to repress, resist, or submerge cravings are in vain.

There are three layers to your cravings, and it’s only once you really understand how they operate that you can stop and eliminate them.

My Food Journey

I was at one with the junk food aisle, on a first name basis with the candy store clerks, and deep in debt to the fried chicken finger makers of the world.

So, yes I totally understand how much of a big change it can be to start introducing more raw food into your lifestyle. I also go into what changes I experienced after going raw, and how I feel today.

To emphasize the benefits of eating more raw food, I go into the changes that my father experienced after going raw too!
