Thank you so much for offering this free ebook to us, Nathalie. I am relatively new to being 100% raw and so far am just eating very simple and basic foods. I think I am ready to “graduate” to more advanced dishes like these desserts. Especially with the holidays coming up! I can’t wait to try some of these on my family and friends this holiday season. :)

    Nathalie,
Thanks SO much for sharing these recipes. I’ve got food allergies/sensitivities- Dairy products, yeast breads, maltodextrin, malitol, sucralose, caffeine, chocolate, and some other chemical and environmental allergies. It really helps to have more recipes that I can work with without putting on considerable weight. Blessed be!
    Sue

    Thank you, Nathalie.
These recipes are gorgeous and you are indeed generous to share them. I love raw food but am having a heck of a time digesting nuts since having my gall bladder removed. Is there anything that can be substituted for the nuts in any of these recipes? I would be so grateful to know.
    Thanks again!

O, this is just great and it is free! Thank you, thank you, thank you! As I am writing this, I am enjoying the raw fudge that is one of the recipes in your book. This became our families favorite. We added this to raw ice cream out of frozen bananas and it is just great. We like this recipe so much for its simplicity and taste that we stuck on it, but looking forward to trying other recipes soon:)
