Thank you so much for offering this free ebook to us, Nathalie. I am relatively new to being 100% raw and so far am just eating very simple and basic foods. I’ve got food allergies/sensitivities- Dairy products, yeast breads, maltodextrin, malitol, sucralose, caffeine, chocolate, and some other chemical and environmental allergies. It really helps to have more recipes that I can work with without putting on considerable weight. Blessed be!
